I remember a quest to find a cure for them, the quest giver in Dun Morogh, ask you to take samples from mobs in Gnomergan, there is a leper gnome in a cage beside the quest giver.

How to get rid of sargeras: Capture all the gnomes and leper gnomes, turn any normal gnome to leper gnomes. Put them all into cages and throw through the portal to argus in 7.2/7.2.5

I have never had a Yogg-Saron die on me. Whenever it damages itself it always ends up healing itself or simply remove anything that can end up killing it with it's low health by Poloymorphing, Hex or any damaging attacks. I guess I'm just more lucky lol

There has been many speculations about sub- races that may or may not be added to the game in the future. The leper gnome would be an obvious pick for the gnomes, since they have been working on cure for years.

In legion each class factions are making their own preparations for fighting the legion. What I would like to see is how each Race from both factions of Alliance and Horde take on the burning legion, example Gnomes could send a giant rocket through a portal to the legion strong hold of some kind, Dwarfs could use ancient titan artifacts to defend the planet etc.
