Well that's all kinda pants, hope they can find the underlying issue soon. I have so many friends with chronic pain, it's wild. Have you tried asking chronic illness and/or disability twitter? There's a lot of folks about talking about their experiences & struggles to get diagnosed, etc etc, might be worth a punt? BPD is fun too, I speak as someone with it! lol! I only learned recently that dissociation is actually common i BPD too, I learned not long before I learned that that dissociation is not actually just how everyone experiences life! Not to be miserable but I was being seen by NHS MH services from age 11 and the only therapy I had was at 11 & 15 for grief, I had to go private (which I know isn't an option for most people.) Hit me up if you want any MH support though, I recommend peer support over psychiatrists nowadays. I am 100% team be proud of yourself for anything that is an achievement for you, irrelevant of whether it's easy or normal for other people.

Well said m'love, same to you if you wanna chat about anything. I don't know if I have BPD bc there's a lot of overlap with autism so it's a bit of a 'is it column A or column B' scenario right now. And yes, counselling sucks! 11/12 y/o me was told by my therapist there was nothing wrong with me I just needed to wank more!!!
