I walk The Strand In Oceanside 4 times a week, usually with my 2 year-old Toy Poodle, Toby. Thanks for posting your video so I can share it with family and friends.

Robbed? Typically I'm there between 1 and 4 o'clock PM. I've never seen or heard of any kind of crime there. I do see the Oceanside Police Dept cruising down The Strand almost ever time I'm down there. I've met lots of fine folks there over the years. No Problems.
