I don't inherently want to talk too much about it here and get rash responses, but please know that there are a good bit of us in the furry community that are genuinely concerned about the animal genital toys that are sold. They make a handful of us very uncomfortable. Some like to say that the whole like.. canid dick thing is like "ohh im being screwed by a big werewolf" which.. whatever I guess. But it is still really uncomfortable to think that some of us purposefully referenced a real dog's genitals to make those toys... It makes my skin crawl, personally. I just kind of wanted to put that out there though. No, not all of us are comfortable with it. It actually upsets a handful of us. Not even I as a furry would visit the adult section there, I'm gonna be absolutely real 😂. I can absolutely understand that it makes you sick tbh. I wouldn't feel comfortable there either. Luckily, this is not what these cons revolve around. It's mainly people in their suits playing around, meeting each other, having some dance comps and other fun stuff. Great video on the topic nevertheless, not only showing one side of the community but the entire thing, including the darker aspects. Not everyone has to like it and that's okay, but showing respect to each other, is an important step towards acceptance

The only issue with showing the “darker aspects” is people ALWAYS (not just with furries) use that one dark aspect as a way to discredit the harmless aspects
