btw since amazon lily a lot of new char were voiced by the absent strawhat crew. to name a few nami robin and choppers VA voiced 3 kuja piates. zoro voiced saldeath (the small commander of the bluegorilla corp in impel down) brook voiced sabos faither. sanji and usopp VA voiced Magra and Dogra from the Dadan Family and Franky u know it shares the same voice with Bon Clay. so there was no need to miss the strawhats

Fishman Island chopper is basically Sabaody Chopper but with a new hat lol. It's a very slow progression over hundreds of chapters. Water 7 - Thriller Bark have a really good middle ground, probably my favorite iteration.

Fun fact: There's a fan animation of the "New Straw Hats" doing the first opening called "We Were". It's still got a few spoilers for future arcs in it, though. And in no particular order: Franky's new look takes some getting used to. The *only* thing I still miss is his pompadour, everything else has grown on me by now. Zoro's new look is just a pure upgrade. The man just oozes badassery and properly looks like the 2nd in command to the future Pirate King. Usopp had the *biggest* glow up. It's not even close. He doesn't look like some scrawny street urchin anymore. Robin is still gorgeous as always, but I kinda miss her bangs. Nami's chest and greed grew 3 sizes one day, much like the Grinch's heart. Maybe one day her own heart will do the same. Sanji's look is pretty similar to how it was, but I'm a fan of the facial hair. It makes him look pretty dignified (maybe one day he'll act the part). Luffy is Luffy. You don't get much more Luffy than that. Brook's new drip is to die for. YOHOHOHOHO Chopper is a precious cinnamon roll, as always. Better not see anything but a big fat dopey grin on his face.
