QT tries so hard to make wine tasting a tradition for the podcast, but the real tradition is Maya's resistance to the wine tasting and their subsequent argument. I love it.

QT is, without a doubt, the GOAT of Twitch. Willing to sink time, money and effort into events that went as well as the Streamer awards, I mean 400k just on her channel alone which is INSANE. No one does it like her and the people who try to find any reason to rag on these events because “not my juicer” or “ew woman” should jerk themselves off in a corner and cry about it because the only things I truly look forward to on twitch are things like Shit Camp, Girls Trip and the goddamn Streamer Awards!

This episode has sent me on a rollercoaster of emotions and it’s not even over. I’m only on hour 3 of 4. I wish I had started listening to this podcast sooner. This is so vulnerable and it makes me feel so much less alone.❤

For the 3 people reading this, a litmus test is a simple, quick test that is used as a barrier to entry. For example in streaming if you're hiring an editor for your clips channel you could ask them what a rotoscope is and if they either don't know or invent some kind of fantasy tool you won't have to bother going through the rest of the interview. (Rotoscoping is tracing or cutting out a subject from an image, and a rotoscope is a now irrelevant ancient filmmaking tool that's the predecessor to motion capture.)

I can relate to QT going out into LA and crying when she gets home cause of all the size zeros 🤣😭 it’s so bad and I really am better about it, but I will never watch any movie with Sidney Sweeney in it because I watched it one time super high and I couldn’t stop feeling like shit the whole time because of how pretty I thought she was. I feel lots of empathy for qt, I have no doubt the streamer awards were amazing, and I don't think people were designed to handle huge volumes of criticism from strangers, but 'never criticize people on the Internet because criticism is unkind'.. I mean, its probably not a standard that humans were built to sustain. It's.. an interpersonal convention that only works because of its limitations. I think.
