Spoken French and written French are two different languages. So it is acceptable to read written French in any manner one is comfortable with. Remember that listening is the A Priori and the most important of all human skills. Think of it this way you can't see a bullet coming but you can hear a gun's report. If you hear the report but it does not strike you have a chance of evading the second round. What we see comes to us faster. What we hear arrived thousands of times slower but sound travels around and thought objects. Photons of light do not have that property. Hearing is the most important skill. However, the You Tubers does not hear French well either. As I write I listen. And can see that he is more of a parrot using the hear then repeat method. Never say what you have not read in an authoritative source in any language no matter how familiar one thinks one is with any language.

Women's health services are available. Also higher education and free entry to schools in France. So a lot of women leave for school during ages where most in other nations without opportunities are reproducing. The change from being in a Spanish/English (who only develop areas for themselves and treat it all as a resort and the native population as servants) Caribbean country to a French one was always noticeable. The French speak French and not English because they're not constantly hustling they have a higher quality of life and don't need to. Notice there were not street workers on his tour. And its illegal to hustle in the beach ⛱️ that's why it was peaceful 🤣
