Im heading into my third litter. 3 yearlings, 3 pups and a 25 hex territory. I’ve watched 2 other packs get wiped out. The rollercoaster is wild. This game is everything I ever wanted and dreamed of in an animal game

@ ive had few bugs. Like minor ones (leaving and returning fixes it). Its so amazing. The stories are deeper and it absolutely makes me want to cry with happiness

3 packs wiped out, rookie numbers, I’ve taken out at least 9 packs and the new packs coming in are now re using the old pack’s names

Been watching for a while, and I think I got all of the pack's personality: Aiden: Caring and playful, but a vengeful and over-protective father. Raven: Quiet and reserved, but can be more of an agressive mother. Aretha: Blood-thirsty fighter and vengeful, like her father. Sinika: Cautious and smart, yet a bad babysitter. Blackberry: Bold and talented, yet playful and kind. Kenai: Strong and brave, but extremally reckless. Cascade: Ambitious, cold hunter who is almost as imprudent as Kenai. Meadow: Reserved and shy most of times, but eager to hunt and learn. Hucklberry: Slower and weaker than anyone else, but has the gentlest of hearts. Sorry if I interpreted them wrong, but that's just who I perceive this amazing family up until now!

Ik nobody asked but I think this was funny, so I just finished the growing pups quest and I decided to go after a bull elk for their second hunt, and with 10 wolves including everyone from my second and first litter I first did the heavy lifting but once the bull tripped(at around 70% health)I let everyone else do the work that bull never got the chance to even get its back legs up and what’s funnier is the second litter’s runt did the finishing blow, and everyone but me was at 95+ health😂

In case you didn't know, you don't always have to target your pups to woof them out of a fight/hunt, if you just get close enough to them and woof all pups nearby with 30% or lower health will disengage (I think this only applies to the pups that are still learning, not yearlings or subs), which can save a few precious seconds.

I really like the flow of the quests in Saga 😊 I feel like the timing is also well done for the growth cycles. Though I do tend to overhunt early on to get the exp for the pups. Might back off on that Next litter might have a bit more tragedy. I got the unknown death and an illness that was super aggressive and pup would not eat even at 99 health when my pack was the size of your current one I did also get to see more of the interaction with dispersals too 😊 Wonder who will strike out first?

Wolf dogs don't naturally occur, they exist bc of human intervention. so it wouldn't happen bc the devs of this game focus on realism.

Robin is almost into her fourth litter. 3 Subordinates(Falcon, Penguin, Finch 3 yearlings(Eagle, Osprey, Ostrich) 3 pups of the year(Hawk, Owl, and Emu) And 2 pack leaders(Robin and Mallard) The pups of the year are almost full on XP and they are around 60 pounds now. However Emu is not gaining anymore XP at all 😭 She doesn't even help hunt or anything, shes very inexperienced and way too timid. Gotta love having cautious wolves until they don't really do anything 😅
