I missed out on the free legendary relic cause I wasnt really interactingnwith the game at the time....now I i regret it hard knowing that instead of like 5K motes I need 197.5K which translates to basically 700 ish gild only for fricking motes xD. Guess imma just get the relics I need the old way and keep em in my inventory.

Memory Gobbler use to be good back in the day xD. Now its definitely a trap. I remember when memories of battle that much use to be like dirt cheap. Now its what 2 gold for that much....

True chalice of tears is good, the sirens landing one is awful. Sirens landing was the first jumping puzzle they released where I thought it was excessively and stupid

Sirens landing got an epic skip. Chalice is the real pain but fortunately there are some hardcore gamers who can run you through for a couple of gold

@@yoda3020 I can run chalice of tears easy. I didn't realize people would pay a couple gold for that nowadays lol. Back when they first released it I ran all my characters through it for the daily chest as it was a great way to get petrified wood, which was one of the few reliable ways to get ascended accessories

@@yoda3020 Chalice has a skip. You can get max height on skyscale, leap, then glide to the top, prototype rewind to the points and only have to do the last check point

Has anyone ever done a video on how Arenanet is screwing us on the Tier 5 - 6 material upgrades? So unless I'm off base the range of "Random" number generated when upgrading is 5 -12 items. So the average should be 8 in a perfect world, but the avg. is actually VERY low at 6 from what I've observed over thousands of upgrades. They kill me with the little bullshit "Thumb on the Scales" tactics like this, and the double fee/taxes on trades etc. Just tons of gold sinks to keep us as poor as possible so we reach for the credit card.

if you're frustrated with probabilities I'd recommend looking into binomial distributions I personally find it a much more useful to have those graphs them just a x percent chance of y thing happening, it is a bit more complicated to do though although it's not that bad assuming you have a calculator to do it for you desmos is free and can do this
