both guy's are a credit to each other, my mum passed the same way, 5 years ago i got a bad injury and stopped training, now at 45 i'm going back, i don't care that people will think i'm to old and can't build muscle again, if you already had it you never really lose it and you 2 boys have made me realise that it is still possible and just go for it, and i will now

So pleased to hear this. I was temporarily paralysed in an accident 5 years ago. Had to be taught to stand, walk again. Nowadays my deadlift is 120kg bw 75kg and I am aiming to life the Inverstone in Scotland next year. I am 47. Keep going, never give up, results will come after you put the effort in. Hold your head high!!

My point is its impossible to be the strongest man in the world without hard ass work, damn good genetics, and yes it takes performance enhancing drugs ontop of all that to be the best in the world.
