Araki blatantly says that Wonder of U is the strongest ability of any villain he had created up to that point which includes every time ability 3. Even if Wonder of U is killed, He can literally possess the person's body and destroy them from the inside out while calamity is still active You need either Go Beyond or possibly Universe Reset to actually destroy Post-Mortem Wonder of U

Johnny joestar stand tusk act 4 was able to do something that shouldnt be possible and that is beating good luck or dimensional barrier of funny valentine with infinite dimensions in it. it is stated in jojo gogo that tusk act 4 is above time and space. so after part 6 araki stated that time stop is strongest ability ever. johnny joestar stand can move freely and litteraly beat time stop. diego stated that he would chop tusk act 4 hand off which would result in diego death cuz tusk act 4 infinite rotation will activate on victim just by touching tusk act 4. so that means tusk act 4 is above time stop which means he is above star platinum easily. not to mention johnny joestar would have better chance at winning against gappy since johnny has one shot too that is basically auto aim and will come back to the victim no matter what cuz its infinite. if gappy fires and johnny will hide in wormhole and shot tusk act 4 he would instantly win. tusk act 4 must be above pucci too since ARAKI stated that time stop is strongest stand ability ever after part 6 which means its stronger than pucci since tusk act 4 was moving freely in time stop he is above pucci too in terms of powerful and probably stronger. tusk act 4 as it has infinite energy could not be reflected since something with infinite energy cannot be stopped no matter what. if you put tusk act 4 to scientist then hypothethically infinite energy cannot be even redirected or inflicted or slowed even if you stop time, DELETE time and space it would still keep going no matter what. with this crazy ability johnny joestar could kill tooru since tooru can be hit without go beyond but not wonder of you. he would kill tooru and wou could kill johnny but again wonder of you sometimes needed to guard himself on some projectiles and tusk act 4 could potentionally hit tooru since tusk act 4 has its own will and can act on its own which would result in calamity chasing after tusk. guess what tusk can be in a ground by wormhole or the infinite rotation can slide in the ground and you cant hit him there he would just touch wou since you cannot stop infinite energy no matter what and johnny wins. johnny could beat everyone in the "strongest list" even if sp is faster he just touches tusk which he would do 100% like stand barrage like he did with dio and gg johnny would win. he can beat basically everyone there i dont see a reason why they are stronger than him

1. Consistently stated to be the strongest stand in combined physical stats (Best Power, Best Precision, 2nd Best Speed) 2. Timestop is the 2nd strongest ability in the original universe 3. Jotaro's IQ and BIQ are top tier in the verse and nearly unmatched aside from 3-5 characters 4. Jotaro is stated and shown to surpass DIO in power, equal or slightly faster while also having better precision by feats DIO and Jotaro are interchangeable depending on your interpretation though, But Jotaro is at bare minimum the 5th strongest in the verse (I'd have him at 4 personally)

The ability isn't passive or automatic like some people think. Timestop would leave 0 time for GER to move or think, Let alone react. Pucci is way too fast for GER to even percieve an attack Go Beyond literally doesn't exist so there's nothing to really revert + GER couldn't see it coming Johnny, More so infinite rotation, literally has immunity to causality manipulation (RTZ) via transcending Love Train which scales above Causality Manipulation. I'm also not really sure how you revert infinity to zero, Just sayin
