at my best i could do level 93(archer fl pullups) for reps with bad form(also slow pullup to touch, one arm front etc) . now i can barely do 1 fl pullup but thats beside the point . the gap between that and SAT is insane. everytime i tried SAT it was absolutely impossible, and Caruso is even harder than that
