16:03 The way Lottery Elections work is it rolls 3 random candidates, then applies +2 admin, -1 dip, -1 mil, to the top one, -1 admin, +2 dip, -1 mil to the second one, and -1 admin, -1 dip, +2 mil for the third candidate. This effect changes the +2s to +3. Then, when you add in the +1 to each stat you get for picking the Random candidate, your candidate will have +4 to their main stat and +0 to their other two, basically guaranteeing a 6 in their main stat

If you have the great project upgrading when you complete the missions, it will immediately get rank 2 and then continue its upgrade process to rank three. No clue if that works in this case, but I have had it work for other great projects that upgrade with missions

@Theplaymaker57 I am betting the following: I will give you 50 dollars/euros for the challenge itself or 100 dollars/euros if you manage to also prevent any other European nation from colonizing any province in the new world, Africa, Oceania, Asia and any other province that can be colonized. But in return, I do want the save file where you achieved the 1 of the 2 challenges. Is this a bet you want to accept?

@MrThefoxyone, that is a great point, but the challenge obligates that you can't do exploits and that not a single province is colonized nor has been ever in the process of colonizing.

Annoyingly the Aztec reform where you only need the culture is only available to monarchies. You have to Nahuatl for theocracies

You love going Aztec as Europeans almost as much as TheStudent loves the Eyalet cheese. I say almost cause you would have known your approach wouldnt work for theocracies if you were more obsessed 😂 Hey, at least it's more fun this way. Interested in seeing the comeback. @@Theplaymaker57 I think people think they do but don't. Think people make the same mistake in their own games. If everything always goes your way you won't interact or need to interact with most of the mechanics. Just why all the late game mechanics (revolutions lol) are useless as a good player never gets there. Now, a good player birding is even more predictable. I mean the game us so easy we are easily crazy OP without cheating. With cheating it gets a bit silly. Truthfully it's why I watch RedHawk sometimes. He doesn't play serious enough for me but at least he runs with the RNG (and even genuine misclicks). Wat do you think is fun? Do you like cheating/birding? At that point why play Ironman even?

The mission that builds the Suez canal does so by giving you 20k ducats and then automatically spending them to start building the canal. But he cancels the building of the canal, thus giving him the 20k back
