see, this is the issue with ACNH - its my first animal crossing game and the dialogue is so minimal that you don't learn any of this lore! Hopefully there's some sort of dialogue update in the future to add more of this back to animal crossing.

I mean hope the new animal crossing (if possible) atleast do something that is new mechanic for the game and shared lore but also get to know our characters (player) parents or something else! But doubt that would happen since it’s animal crossing would do but we wanna learn a lore bit behind it and I’m more curious about redd’s backstory despite his actions affected on tom. But mostly I’m more interested in resetti’s backstory him and don. Atleast the game should return some characters back into the new game.

Ah, yeah pigeon milk! It's crop (I think that how it's spelled) milk some birds give it out for their babies and penguins, flamingos and Pigeons are some of these birds that give out crop milk

Resetti says in City Folk that he's been at his job for more than 30 years, implying him to be in his 50s, and his dialogue in New Leaf shows that he has a wife and kids ("Ain't been home for a while, wonder how the kids are doin'... Bet their mom's just spoilin' 'em rotten! Hm hm.")... I hope the "soft spot" is a wholesome one.

Holy moly... I am Blathers, good god... When I was a baby, I believe that I was traumatized and developed a fear of bugs. Apparently, on one trip down to where I have family deeper in the country (and by that I mean the woods), there were swarms of a newly introduced species of ladybugs in the area. Mom told me that at one point, when she looked down at me in her arms when we were outdoors, I was crying - there were ladybugs all over me. As a kid, all the way up to now, I cannot stand insects. Any kind. But especially the buzzing insects, because I’m an aspy (Asperger’s syndrome) and my hearing is stupidly acute. I wish I could conquer this fear, because becoming an archaeologist would be a dream career for me. 😭
