Thanks for making this wonderful post Rose. You are right, the first book is an ephemera folder with hardback cover and the second is the actual stitched journal. The bright beaded trim can be coffee stained or dyed to coordinate with the journal if you want. I absolutely love the journal you made for me. I felt bad because you did so much stitching in the journal you made and I didn't. Enjoy your journal.

It's absolutely gorgeous. Can I ask where you source such beautiful vintage ephemera? I'm wanting to make a vintage magical themed gratitude junk journal. I'm excited but I never know where to get good quality ephemera that doesn't cost a fortune. Lol
