I like your methods so much more than the different body type/style systems. It feels like the difference between following rigid recipes- following someone else’s steps/guidelines to achieve an outcome based on THEIR idea of how the dish is supposed to be, vs. learning to cook and how to put prep and put together ingredients to make a dish fine tuned to YOUR preferences.

Some suggestions for layering in hot climates! - try layering multiple pieces of jewelry or hair accessories. Ie three different dangling earrings and barrettes on both sides of your hair, above your ears (this only works if the pieces are all relatively simple on their own, or it can look cluttered ) Alternatively, layering simple necklaces or bracelets and multiple rings - use kimono style cover ups , usually advertised for covering swim wear. I have a beautiful knit cardigan and another flowy lace kimono that I wear constantly , but both are very light and sheer/airy and meant to be worn with swimwear, but you’d never know if I didn’t tell you ! - layering with false, removable collars - layering with very sheer colored tights or leggings. My favorite is this pair of bright red sheer pantyhose that I wear under otherwise boring black and white dresses - wear a crop top over a dress , like a vest ( this can only work with a few specific pieces, but it’s worth messing with) - use chunky or decorative belts Your comment in the beginning about someone only knowing how to layer to add interest but not knowing how to style without being too warm inspired my comment. I LOVE the layered look, especially when I get to incorporate a bunch of different textures, but I live in south Florida. This is how I make it work ☺️

This video really sealed the idea for me that I'm more on the left up side with visual interest. Even my favorite sweats have interesting/more sensual silhouettes (super cropped sweatshirt with a longer bralette underneath that pops out and high waisted rope cord joggers, all matching) and/or special textures (pastel blue velour shorts + sweatshirt set). Even the "simple basics" in my wardrobe are things others wouldn't feel their most comfortable in because the silhouettes or fabrics aren't traditionally considered the most comfortable or casual (which is great, that's what makes us different!).

Hello Rita😊😊😊 I wanted to ask two things about essence. The first thing is whether there can be the right essence in sporty style? The second thing is can be a person is the right in essence, if others consider him dreamy, luminous, radiant, inspiring, not sensual and not enveloping? Such a person in his behavior and character. Or is personal desire more important?

what if it is ones my main struggle to minimize visual interest - is there such thing? I identify with the Kibbe Dramatic classic/right up (the power archetype), and everything in the shops always feels to much. too many neat details, weird cut outs, outstanding buttons, frills ... If I find a clean, well-fitting cut, the outfit is already perfect. but often already the plain pieces feel so attention-grabbing that only adding such practical item as a bag will be too much. I feel fashion brands these days rather put effort into those neat details instead of well tailored fit :/ i wish i could wear matching sets and suits all day and never have to worry about the finetuning but thats neither within my budget nor practical for my everyday life.
