I would give anything to bring back these Groups of yesteryear. The songs they sang had meaning. They had style and charisma. They had it all. Most of all very entertaining. These songs are timeless. Kudos to the songwriters and all who were involved to make these beautiful songs. 🙂🙂🙂

Just as I woke up a couple of days ago, this song just popped into my head out of nowhere. Have not heard it for over two decades at least. Thought it was strange. Looked it up of Google and KZbin and now, had listened to it numerous times. Simple lyrics, amazing voices and the choreographed dancing of the era; memorable!

Its Airion Love. Raymond Johnson ( who is still with Russell's new Stylistics) Herb Murrell and lead singer Russell Thompkins.Dunn and Smith left the group in 79. RAYMOND Johnson stepped in from guitar player to take their place. This was between 1980 and 1989 because Raymond left after 9 years. He now sings with Russell ThompkinsJrandNewStylistics. . Great songs from Russell. He WAS the STYLISTICS. Sang and recorded every song for over 32 years. Still has same singing capacity at 70 years old. And Raymond sings duo with him in concert with an amazing voice. It's called longevity of talent! 🎶🎤🎶

always been impressed not just by the music but by the immaculate turnout and choreography of the American RB/soul bands from this genre. Those moves just look so smooth and effortless on stage, and in perfect sync. Back in 1981, 1st year in high school my teacher asked each of us.. who do you like in music? I listened to answers like.. The jam, Clash , Police , Bob Marley, and their was not a sound, it came to me and i said The Stylistics and my teacher and fellow students laughed and made me feel shame. But i did not take it, and 5yrs later i put on many lbs and made all those twats grovel at the knees of The Stylistics.51yrs old now and wars under my belt i'm still listening and dancing with my daughter who is just like me in everyway. In my heart forever💘

You and me Debbie, I've been listening to their music and dancing to it since the 70's. I still got some of their songs in vinyl records and cassettes and even 8 tracks! Music like that don't come anymore, when a man when sing to a woman telling her how much he adored her, needed her, loved her, missed her, needed her! Mr. Russell Thompkins Jr. in my opinion has one of the best falsetto's voices ever! Listen to their song You Are Everything, Can't Give You Anything But My Love, Betcha By Wolly Wow, Hey Girl Come And Get It! Wow, I love this music, I miss those days. Thank God I've many of their songs even on CD's and thank God for You Tube and also downloading their music! Bring back those days when women and would dress up nice when going to a Disco, Concert,, Nightclub, House Party and much more. ❤️ Frank.

I've always said that Russell Thompkins Jr. has one of the best falsetto voices ever! Also don't forget, the late Harry Ray, the late Al Goodman and Billy Brown, Phillip Bailey from Earth Wind And Fire, Major Harris, Eddie Holman. What a tune truly mesmerising coming from the UK I see shades of Boney M here. Was born in the 80s but honestly nothing tops the 70s

Maravillosa cancion, me trae recuerdos de laredo en Trujillo, cuando cursaba el 2° año de secundaria. Gracias por compartir ese nostalgico trozo del pasado. Saludos desde Cajamarca - Peru.

Another of those beautiful songs so Romantic and so well sung. They sang so good really as they express deep love feelings just as they are. It is still very good to hear over forty years later.
