So much to ponder here. The archetypes of Eros and the Tree of Life are rich in ideas. And I enjoyed the connection to the Gita -- it shows how much this wisdom transcends cultural wrappers. Jung made allusions to things I didn't grasp -- like the 7,777 cattle or the ox with the velvet eyes -- that will send me to the books (or at least Google!) This is not uncommon when reading Jung. Part of the fun is the other trails he sends you wandering down. Anyway, thank you Joseph for another stellar production.

Can you just IMAGINE the strength of character and fortitude Carl Jung must have had to engage this Revelation? He is up there with the Christ and the Buddha as a gift to humanity. i would have frigging gone insane immediately. Just the wording and concepts presented here scrambles my brain as it is.

Thanks for your transmissions, they are well constructed and delivered. Of course we would have Eros and Tree of life drives in our animal nature. Humanity, collectively and individually, is a consciousness using spirit to divine the nature of the animal we're partnered with. It is very much more complex than this condition. Feminine and masculine charms, the virtues and vices they use are a great mystery. Nobody can discern one from the other, embodying both. As far as i can tell feminine energy is exuded in exuberance. Masculine energy is a focussed radiance...maybe 😅 What is Eros, as a bedevilment in experience? I think this is prioritising the physical aspects of relationships, not the emotional qualities. The tree grows any way it is allowed, or trained. An old Riverside wooodland near me has old oak trees the shipbuilders would shape with tension as they were growing. A particular joint would be made from one piece 'kept' in shape over generations of boat builders. The tree of life is shaped by human narratives, but we see, hear, smell, touch, and taste the truth of time and space.

someone please help me understand: i cannot wrap my my around “the 4 elements” being fire water air and earth. how? why? what about plasma? dark matter? is electricity/whatever word world best just inside fire because it causes fire? i am 21 and new to all of this so that is why i have this confusion. i am late to the party. also? why isnt something like sound vibration in here? where does it fall? air? i do not know enough to term/word this right, but where woukd all these things fall? i am pretty sure i am looking at this in such a wrong way. ive heard much about the 4 stages of consciousness correlating with this etc, but i still cant grasp it. this 4 could easily be a 5 or 6… no? Eros did not kill Psyche even if there was a force motivating him to. Love is only good and anything less than good is not Love. Even lust for your husband/wife has its benefits such as lasting connection, physiological effect, and of course offspring. Eros saved Psyche against his mother's wishes because he got a taste of his own medicine, but that was a Greek lower god. Greek gods were capable of great evil.
