0:46 what if Jupiter is just a reflection of earth in a specific tune of visible and dark mode light. The red spot is where the sun is. The same for all the stars. What if they’re just a reflection of earth in a different band of light and energy.

Great work Humble-U Media on Carl Jung. Abraxas is said to be central to Gnosticism, but none of the Nag Hammadi texts refer to Abraxas, which is a mystery. The name Abraxas shows up later in the writings of Gnostic commentators such as Basilides. Carl Jung also speaks of Abraxas in his writings on Gnosticism. What's strange is that none of the Nag Hammadi texts (like "On the Origin of the World", or "The Secret Book of John", or "The Gospel of Thomas", or the biggest of them all, "Pistis Sophia") speak of Abraxas.

I’m realizing I’ve been searching the depths this last year. I was a hard atheist, have three little kids, wife and I were struggling. I was a shell, hypnotized. We separated and I have felt like in and out of hell itself this last year. But facing your faults, accepting them, giving empathy to myself instead of shame, things started getting a bit better. I’ve since been devouring everything I can about eastern philosophy, non dualism, and that has led me to Jung. I was getting a grasp that there exists only consciousness. And that consciousness projects the material world. And we are both a projection with a spark of that One Consciousness. Meditation and mindfulness have helped. But now it seems there is this other world of the unconscious and esotericism

The introduction is deceiving. He says, "Be still and know." But it is not "Be still and know." It is: "Be still and know that I am God." Without that last part, you will not grasp the stillness, the peace, you so crave. For why would you relax into the surrounding waters which seek to drown you, unless you were placed safely in the hidden Hand of the Creator. Why would you exhale and shrink into peace unless you knew a God who watches over you, who sees all? Why would you let down your guard when your enemies hunt and crave your death, unless you served a God who is able to devour your enemies to let you lie in green pastures? Do not be still and know. For to know is only horror. And to be still when no one guards you, is to lie down to your death. But be still, and know that Jesus is God. ❤ Be still and know that Jesus loves you and wants to be your Savior, if you will accept Him. ❤

I’m middle aged now and since my mid 40s I’ve noticed there are gifts that come with aging - real gifts that are right there if you can notice them. They don’t discriminate- you can be dumb, unwell, lazy, adrift, in debt - but you have to get still enough to notice them. An easy one: a sincere appreciation for “small” things - a perfect cup of tea, a bird song, a child’s hand on your arm, a beautiful smile, a well timed breeze… it occurred to me that those old people who charmed up when we were young busy ambitious had found these natural gifts and the ones we avoided had not.

Mercurius = Curious inquiring Mind Mer = Mind Curius = Curious Curiosity inquires. Creative Process: Enquiry 1. Immersion (mentation, contemplation, quest-i-on) 2. Saturation (sustained inquiry) 3. Incubation (do anything else) 4. Fruition (metanoia, epiphany) 5. Confirmation (mutation - in experience) 6. Implementation (application) 7. Calibration (feedback, outcome) Go to sleep with a compelling quest-i-on (Adam), wake up with a compelling answer (Eve). Solve et Coagula: Solve = differentiate et = then (incubation) Coagula = integrate We experience whatever we are convinced of. The conscious mind plants a seed of conviction in the womb of the subconscious mind, which then employs the unconscious instinctive Life Force energy (vitality) to bring our conviction to fruition as experience. Expression (conviction) leaves an impression. Impressions can be quest-i-on(ed), explored. Explore - Discover - Learn - Grow - Love - Create - Remember.

People that say "kill the ego" don't know the human psyche or what the ego is. The ego is part of the Soul. It arises and develops from the soul. Without an ego, one is psychotic, not enlightened. The ego is however stripped of its delusions and narcissism during an authentic awakening. The ego is then integrated with the Soul or Self.

5:10 I wonder what he means with this. I suppose I can relate but I would assume this wasn't a problem for rational men. Perhaps it's what logic is, a battle against the feminine truth.

I feel like I keep saying this but this one is my favorite so far. I love that you started and ended with nature and the essence of fall and tied it into everything the way you did. I love that I watched it on a perfect fall day and how much you can really feel that energy of release. I made my own videos about death and the tarot archetypes through the seasons and zodiacal season at the same time last year. I’m so glad I am know in how to just sit back and relax and learn all of this. Thank you again Joseph.

I have to admit, I went into this lecture expecting to disagree with Jung's analysis. I ended up laughing uproariously and agreeing with almost everything he said. I am an introverted thinker, and this lecture gave me courage to go for the pleasure pill. This quote reverberated through my universe: “If we are in ourselves, we fulfill the need of the Self, we prosper, and through this we become aware of the needs of the communal and can fulfill them.” [Church of Profitsea: You will know them by their fruit.]

“God becomes apparent in the supreme meaning of the human community.” [8 billion points if light on this planet is God.] This is why Jung implored us to seek our own path? One should not turn people into sheep, but, rather, sheep into people. To me, Karen Grey Seeley, the mind that is free to think for itself will rule the world it came here to rule.

I am an Introvert Intuitive. I've been on this amazing inward journey for 48 years. Carl Jung has always been one of my favorite mentors. I am 78 years old now and I'm still exploring the depths of consciousness. I am one of those people that keeps incarnating into the physical dimension because creation is so much fun. I look forward to this lecture series. I KNOW it will take me places I've never been before.
