The Subway Hike - Zion 2023

Hiking the Subway top down in Zion during the first week of July 2023. Expecting flooded conditions but ended up with perfect weather & water flow. We started the hike at 6:40am and finished by 3:15pm. we got to see the dinosaur tracks and much more

Terrific…….looked awfully tough in spots……I thought at some spots, you could not make it up once you lowered yourself. Thanks for sharing your adventure.

Super cool adventure. Thanks for sharing. Never seen that area before. Question, were the anchors already there and left in place, or did you have to leave gear for the next adventurers? Beautiful.

All the anchors are there and maintained by the park. All you need is your harness, rope, and desired protection

It's very easy to get lost. Follow the rock stacks. There will be others on trail that you can follow
