I have PMDD, had a ovary rupture in 2018 two years before PMDD diagnosis. My symptoms show up as chronic fatigue, anxiety/panic, immense brain fog, headaches, digestive issues, blood sugar issues (hypoglycemia), histamine intolerance, and high cholesterol. I’ve done a ton of self research and discovered my histamine intolerance when a Pepcid saved my life. Still don’t know all the answers, and scared to death to age with hormonal changes. I’m 26. This all started at 21-22. Some days I’m so physically exhausted I could just throw in the towel.

Number one reason people don’t do anything, money. I’m a pharmacist that has seen and been through a lot. Have known everything in this video for over a decade but getting a narrow minded conventional MD to listen is impossible. They’ll take your money but give no help and turf you to different ignorant “specialists”. Appreciate this doctor putting information out there to hopefully start getting patients on the right path before their money runs out …

This video is heaven sent! I've been "starving" for over a year now and I just want fried food again 😩 I have all of the symptoms, bloating, fatigue, dizziness/drunk feeling, mouth ulcers, constipation, brain fog, literally sometimes I feel slow and can't put words together it is so bizarre, and pots.... I don't have any hives due to daily allergy meds but I do carry my epi pen with me. I have a two and three year old that are 15 months apart. I was very nauseous during pregnancy and exhausted which now I look back and think it was def from my mast cells. I lost my hearing when I was pregnant with my 3 year old(I was 26 at the time and now I'm 29)I now wear hearing aids, the ENT said the hormones escalated my otosclerosis (my mom has it) causing my hearing to decline so rapidly. Then I had my two year old and my body hits me with this. So basically I'm 80 years old and dying from hunger 🤣 I'm taking a refrigerated probiotic, vitamin D, vitamin c and NAC. And y'all are correct about allergist and PCP's not being aware of this because I did my own research and put myself on a probiotic and thought this could be a gut issue. My lab test showed I had high IgE levels to wheat, eggs, milk and corn. Originally just eggs and wheat, so I doubled up on corn and milk products and then my body resisted those products as well. I am literally desperate at this point and feel like covid had something to do with disrupting my mast cells. Also I've watched tons of videos on MCAS and yalls video by FAR has been the most helpful and encouraging! I would love for some advice from the both you!

I'm doing raw 100% grassfed A2 bovine colostrum since it's a master probiotic and replaces all probiotics. I've had great success with it. Between that, LDN, and cromolyn, I've been able to eat normally. Plus apparently I had undiagnosed UC. Postpartum can trigger this from the drop in progesterone. Specifically USP progesterone can help a LOT.

I started having histamine intolerance during late-stage perimenopause (no periods for 6+ months). I was so frustrated because I have never had issues with food or dust etc. I suspected it was all due to hormonal changes. After watching your part 1 video it all makes sense, the poor digestion, the changing gut microbiome, and the accumulation of histamine, are all due to the changes in hormones, which wreck my digestion and reduce histamine clearance. I used to break out in red angry hives on my cheeks and eyes and struggled every day because the rashes didn't seem to subside. Am now in my second cycle of hrt and on a low histamine diet and have already seen significant changes. So thankful for taking the time to explain what I need to know. Still so much more to learn.

I've been dealing with a lot of this for most of my life. I've had Lyme disease since I was little, and whenever I get exposed to mold I get MCAS, and even salicylate sensitivity. It's been controlled pretty well with diet, progesterone, H1/H2 blockers if needed, DAO is helpful at times when I get more sensitive, but I really I think the big helper is the Progesterone for me because my hormones get all out whack when things falre up. I am a male that suffers with estrogen dominance quite a bit because of the lyme and mold issues. That combo makes things difficult to treat. I can concur that DR Maggie's methods work, because I have had 40 years to test everything out and what she is teraching here was the only things that worked to put my symptoms in remission in that time. I am still learning and this channel is a great help to fill in some of the gaps that I was missing. Thanks for all your work!

On supplements and seeing a natropath and also chickweed salve has helped the rashes. Medical doctors in the UK understand nothings , gave me a biopsy for cancer, nonsenee ! i am like this is Mast Cell Reaction or Lupus, but histmaine overload. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in my 20’s. I am now 66. My symptoms were not typical, but more arthritic. I have always had insomnia. A few years ago I got a terrible rash on my legs. The dermatologist could not help and sent me to a allergist. She tested me for Alpha Gal saying that she had seen a lot recently. It came back positive. Again, I did not have typical symptoms. She just suggested antihistamines. I had a Lyme diagnosis 10 years ago also. I think it has been very confusing because I have been given prednisone off and on which seems to help the rash but has made diagnoses of causes confusing. Other symptoms night sweats, fatty liver, insomnia, heart palpitations. YES, stress makes it worse.

My MCAS symptoms started after I was exposed to black toxic mold in a home I was living in for 24 years. My symptoms first started like fibro, then arthritis like symptoms, then fatigue. After two years of palpitations, sudden spikes in BP, irregular heart beats, dozens of ER visit (many times thinking I was going to die). Finally, after two years I was diagnosis with mold toxicity and that it had triggered MCAS symptoms. I am still taking the mold medication, but the cardiac symptoms are still severe. I have not been able to work or drive since these symptoms began. They have been debilitating and very frightening. I am looking forward to taking Dr. Maggie's course.

Try to get it cleaned up as best as you can do or afford. (a friend or family member can help you?). Run a good HEPA air purifier. Use a new diffuser (pref glass) with Briotech HOCL & diffuse it in the room you spend the most time in. It has to be a diffuser that has never been used with essential oil. Otherwise Briotech is killed by the essential oil. Some people use a nanotech sprayer unit with Briotech HOCL, diluted hydrogen peroxide or EC3 solution??. The unit looks like a paint sprayer. Some people use tea tree oil.

This content is absolutely great and necessary. I have a question. I itch a lot without any rash or any visible signs on my skin and scalp. When I eliminate food high in histamine, I feel better. But I take histamine block or digest when I eat something that contains higher levels of histamine and I still itch. Why isn't histamine block working for me?

I'm transgender, female to male. I'm wondering now if my testosterone is to high. They said it was higher end but safe levels. Doesn't too much testosterone make more estrogen though? I guess ill look into that. Cus now im curious..
@DrMaggieYu3 ай бұрын
While higher testosterone levels can sometimes lead to an increase in estrogen through a process called aromatization, the specifics can vary from person to person. Speak to us live via text at (503) 647-4568

I see the link to part 1. I watched it. Recap is great. Yes! SIBO, and then a weird result GI Dr didn't know how to interpret. Never tested for Gluten, but do try to keep away from gluten. I know there's something, try it all. LH Covid, Constipation, Fibromyalgia, stuffed sinuses. YES!! Sick of going from Dr to Dr to Dr. Be wonderful to cure this & not getting bloated like a balloon.

Researching in the middle of the night because there is no sleep for my wired brain. Myself and my daughters have been treated for Sibo about a year and a half ago. We all developed severe histamine intolerance with hair loss, heart palpitations And severe insomnia. I am taking my daughter to emergency today she hasn’t slept more than three hours a night and not in a row for over a month and some nights not at all. We eat low histamine and are so limited because of Sibo not feeling like it’s gone, we take every histamine supplement go to a functional doctor and cannot get better. I am so worried for my daughter as bad as my insomnia has been for two years straight hers has debilitated her. Do you work one on one with patients?
