Fabulous but as a born Puerto rican, you're just missing the sofrito!!! It's a must in all of our dishes, especially picadillo!! Great take though!!

I cook them on my air fryer I use cooking olive oil spray and they become moisture and cook them at 385* for 30 mins flip them at 15 mins

Malanga for Cuban, but not for other countries. In other countries is named "yautia". Malanga is totally different to yautia.
