I thought they cloned the facehuggers using DNA from the big chap recovered from the Nostromo the same way they got the black goo from them. it would explain the lack of eggs in the entire movie, I don't think I saw a single egg, nearest thing to one was that cocoon

Yeah - the facehuggers were 3D printed in Romulus, I believe.

yes they engineered facehuggers from chap's DNA to extract the black goo from them, no need to eggmorph, plenty of scientists as hosts, and the cocoon was just an unseen stage from chestburster to adult.

i thought the facehuggers were normal ones and they captured them from the eggs

@@iplaygames333 no they are not, they are completely different u even see a image of one on a screen saying printing paused!

The scientists recovered the alien from Alien 1 and conducted further experiments that involved the black goo. I don't know how the additional facehuggers came about In Romulus, the facehuggers attach itself to its host and impregnates them. The alien then bursts out and I think the baby alien then walks off to be cocooned in order to grow into an adult a lot faster. I don't know how the aliens create organic structures throughout the ship but we've seen these organic structures throughout the previous alien movies but never had an explanation as to why it was there. In Romulus it shows that some of those organic alien structures are cocoons for the baby aliens to grow into an adult a lot faster

those evil things are always secreting and their blood is acid. I'm sure their snot is resin and their poop is cement, their tears are whiskey and their sweat is Hydrogen.

the facehuggers in Romulus are bio-engineered huggers! they are supposedly genetically 3D printed, this youtubers info is fake! the cocoon seen in the film is purely to show what happens inbetween a newborn chestburster and the xeno becoming an adult, the youtuber is completely fake!

It doesn't change a thing, and we don't know if there wasn't a Queen deep in the Hive. The cocoon thing was just a new stage of the Xeno becoming an adult faster. From Chestburster, to shedding its skin, and now going into a cocoon. This does not suggest at all a different stage of their reproduction. Also, they only to the Eggmorphing when their is no Queen or other Eggs around. They do this to create a Queen Facehugger, cause the Queen is very important to the species. In the new film, they used Big Chap from the first one, and according to the official comic they managed to recreated smaller versions of a Eggs with FH's. They made many of them, and Big Chap got free and attacked. During the chaos, some of those FH's got free and it went from there. We know the ones in those stasis things are clones, even before the comic, they are darker in color kinda like the ones from Resurrection. The few Xenos that came to be, made a Hive and brought the still surviving crew to it. As we saw 1 or 2 stuck to the wall, with a dead FH near. The thing with the FH's in the Hive, and the one about to attack Rain, is that they didn't look like the clone ones. But in fact they looked like the normal ones seen in the other films. Even though we don't see any Eggs or a Queen, I believe they were further down in the Hive. I mean we only see a bit passed the entrance, and the Hive was huge. That and we do know all the clone FH's were still in stasis. Say for the 4 of the clone ones at the entrance of the Hive that gotten free, and its shown in the official comic that only these 4 got free. So how did so many of those Xenos seen in the Hive come about? That and Xenos only make a Hive for the sole purpose of a Queen and her Eggs. Otherwise it'll be small, like closet size or one side of a room. And the end goal is always to bring about a Queen. The Black Goo was taken from the clone FH's, and was not used to change the Xenos. I don't know where this vids AI got the info, but it mixes it up and gets it wrong 🤷♂

There is still the Praetorian. One of the xenomorph warriors/drones can moroh into a preatorian then eventually a queen over time if there is no queen present. It was probably too soon for that process to happen in the movie as it takes a few years for that to take place but it could have been in the process as the xenomorphs did start to establish a hive/colony.

That's not at all what happened
@billsmith4932Ай бұрын
Hmm, I don't see cocooning victims to reproduce as having happened at all. I'm pretty sure the alien in the cocoon is the same one that previously burst out of Navarro. It is said later in the film that they can regulate their metabolism, growing as fast or slow as needed. Navarro's chestburster came from facehuggers on the station, which were made without eggs because of the experiments on Big Chap. No, Dallas' and Brett's cocoon scenes are still non-canon. Quality video production, though!!!

There's a whole bunch of cloned FH's in the movie, which explains all the xeno's it never explained if the whole ship got evacuated, or if all it's crew got turned into egg sacks/ hosts for the clones.

In the books they make it clear that they're are different "breeds" of xenomorphs as well as different colonies. Xenomorphs will go to war with other colonies the same way ants will. It's always possible these particular ones are genetically modified, but its also very possible that this is another trait that makes them a more perfect species: if there is no queen around, they can resort to assexual reproduction. I like the idea that there are different "breeds" of the same species. Notice in some movies the tails are longer, in some the tongue is longer... I'd also like to believe that the DNA they imprint on has a big role to play on their own genetics, even from person to person. I think we assume that these things have only been spawned of human DNA too, which doesn't really make sense when we take into account that we know the engineers made intelligent life outside of humans.

OR, and hear me out, they had a queen in the Remus part of the station. Whatever the case, this video makes a lot of assumptions.
@T-HazzaАй бұрын
there was no queen on the station, they all came as a result of a facehugger outbreak when big chap wreaked havoc! but if im being completely honest, there was probably no queen because Ridley Scott was a producer on this film and i dont believe he liked the addition of the queen as the Xenomorph queen was a addition made by James Cameron for ALIENS which Scott had zero involvement in! Ridley Scott was brought on to direct the first film at the last minute and somehow holds creative influence on the series!
