Arguably the single most awful TNG episode. Even with Barclay in it. A leftover bottom-of-the-barrel script pulled back out of the recycling bin. That being said, they should've kept Worf in this partly-devolved state, he would've been more useful at his job.

@@pwnmeisterage Nah, not even close. That episode where Dr. Crusher got fucked by a ghost would be the worst. Overall, the episode was fine. It's atmosphere was stellar and it was full of suspense and great horror elements. It also had several cool characters moments for likes of Data or other memebrs of the crew. The main problem with "Genesis" was it's bizzare premise and that it's plot had very little to do with Star Trek storyline. And my main problem, is lack of consequences and effects. The crew devolved into literal animals, that have been savagely killing each other on the ship, several crew members were maimed or killed and so much more. Yet, they all shrugg it off like weird misadventure, when they all should’ve been traumatized by this experience. Especially Worf. He attacked and injured his wife, he melted Dr.Crusher face off, almost raped his wife in his primal state and almost killed captain Picard. His warrior pride and his honor would be deeply wounded and it would take some time to heal it. But we saw much bigger nonsense on that show.
