I love the picture that the baskets of leftovers paint. Not only did Jesus feed those present at these events (which would have been pretty darn miraculous in itself), he symbolically fed the whole of Israel and the world with the leftovers. Love these classes, keep it up!

Now, add in Deuteronomy 32.8-9 (use the ESV) to your study and you’ll see to whom the 70 nations belong and to whom Jacob belongs! Then, fast forward to Acts 2 and look up the “nations” that came to Jerusalem for Pentecost, which you’ll see to whom did the nations turned to.

Hi. You do so well! I only have a small question. With the seventy nations will it be the elite leaders that go for sukkot each year or all people? You know, like presidents and their family?

Great question! I'd say that it will be a celebration for all people, not just the elite. That everyone, from the greatest to the least, will be able to go up to Jerusalem to worship with the Master himself!
