What was a take-away or something YOU learned from the retreat?

A great question and one I pondered on for quite some after the retreat. I also talked with the group about the many take-aways that I had during the retreat. There is far too much to go into and many of the take-aways and changes are still brewing and growing inside me. One I would like to share is...Appreciation and Gratitude.
