@@beezy_1413 personal electric scooters can’t be insured (just like quad bikes) so are illegal on British roads. If the driver of one of these cause an accident or death to others then there are no repairs or payout so the victim is completely screwed.

Is hard to believe in the police as a black civilian just because there is clearly a mistreatment towards us and if we stick to the facts: gang crime, robberies and much more crimes that put the city in danger their had been going on for a very long time and nothing has changed with all the cameras that London has and the amount of police officers that they are, it makes me think about how much do they care about our community…
