EDIT* To everyone saying "This is a business"....EXACTLY. The business should invest time and fairness into their staff. If a staff member is struggling due to a significant issue with their health, putting more stress on them is not worthwhile in the long run. I think Alex has been affected from the shift of just a business to now a business and show. Lots of new people all strong characters all trying to be characters which creates churn and chaos. Did Marco make a mistake.....yes. Is he an exemplary employee hell yeah! When you deal with people always trying to angle in a dishonest way can you slip and call them out in an unprofessional way....inevitable! Marco is an amazing asset to LB. You need to give that factor consideration when reprimanding your top seller. Adrian did a great job driving that point in, yet allowing leeway. Adrian also was very supportive in the meetings with his employees. I'm very impressed with the way LB handles their business!
