United really arent playing well the one time their defense is going well the attack is shite and vice versa. Arsenal has been getting very important wins with the 2nd and i think 4th or 5th best xgs against wolves for example. 85% possession against brentford and beating city at their own game (and getting an injustice loss) in the 2nd match against em.

Since match week 4 this season no team other than Liverpool and city have won more points arsenal have won 5 more points than Chelsea in that time despite playing 2 game less😭. City and Liverpool are the only team with better home records. If Arteta didn’t lose tomiyasu partey xhaxa and had to play odegaard at cm we’d still be in the fa cup 🤷🏽♂️ had no smith Rowe either arsenal are overachieving with Arteta imo

Love a wolves shout out, Neto is looking good no lost pace and just needs the game time to find goals again. Lage has said we want a target man for next season to play in rotation with jiminez and Fabio Silva (who has improved massively this year) chiquinho looks a solid talent and so does Toti at CB stepped in seamlessly when saiss was at afcon, Morgan Gibbs white is flying at Sheffield United and Ryan Giles is also having a good season so the future looks very good for wolves a young core with a mix of experience

Always liked Southampton, People were calling for Hasenhüttls head because of those two 9:0's. He just got incerdibly unlucky to get such batterings. Other than that he's done amazingly om the South Coast! Especially fascinating as many people, including me lmao, predicted them as definete Relegation favorites.

I don't think Southampton are over performing this season, I think it's more that they were undervalued at the start of the season, the squad is definitely good enough to be midtable, and it's not an overachievemnet for them to be there

The problem was too much importance put by pundits and neutrals fans onto Vestergaard and Bertrand departures. Most Saints fans would've told you Salisu had a much higher ceiling and Bertrand was past his best. Ings was the only one that was a big loss - but Ralph seems to have worked out how to get goals from all over the pitch this season rather than everything funnelling through him which has circumvented this a fair bit.
