@@FalconRods Can i ask you honestly? if my reel's drag is 18lbs max then why would i ever use line heavier than about 20 lb test since the drag will give out before the line will?

I suck so bad at flipping, i cant seem to get my line tension right and when i get the bait out at the spot i want, i get minor blacklash every time lol.. I want to get better at it.

Our advice, practice in the backyard. Stand on a stump, stool, etc and pitch at different objects. Good luck!
