Soups and stews are great when feeding large numbers of people, well that and spaghetti. My Mom loved cooking with her pressure cooker and used it almost daily for some aspect of dinner. Dad loved using a crockpot. He worked in New Jersey for 2 years not long after my parents sold the childhood home and moved to the mountains in southwestern Virginia and the place he stayed in had a kitchenette so he would make stews and other things in the crockpot that he could eat throughout the week. After retiring from the government job, he was an Electrical Engineer, he started doing freelance work for a couple of companies that sent him to various places around the world including France, England , different states in the USA and to Nigeria for 9 months to oversee the installation of the new air traffic controllers tower at the airport.

I wish i lived near you. I'd like to help Esther with a good fitting. I realize she has a small challenge, but it really could be accommodated with a couple of small adjustments. This is coming from love. I help out my own family and friends with similar situations. My father had a severe spine curvature caused by polio so growing up, fittings were just part of life.
