The episode 109 and 110 special premiere night was nuts. For HOURS my friend and I hunted down a place where we could watch it. A place that wasn't collapsing under the weight of everyone else trying to watch it I mean. It was crazy.

@@PhoenixKing567 It all depends on whether or not we have a big event like that again and the marketing leading up to it. I remember that Toei marketed UI and the special HARDCORE. By the time it aired, EVERYONE was talking about it and excited to watch. If it happens again, it would probably be for the end of the Moro arc where Goku does the thing with UI (trying not to spoil but it's hard). Either that, or something regarding Frieza seeing how the most recent manga chapter ended. But ye, it was frustrating at the time (especially when we only got to watch a couple minutes before the site we found our way to crashed), but looking back, it was one of my favorite nights with Super lol

With the TOP the anime was ahead and EVERYONE had no idea what to expect. I feel that's gonna be lost on those big moments now. It'll still be hype but just not as hype as 109 and 110, get what I'm saying?

@@PhoenixKing567 Ye, I feel you. I think you're probably right as well. We had no clue what was gonna happen during the 109/110 special other than the marketing. We basically knew it was gonna be Goku vs Jiren, a fight they had been teasing for awhile, and that Goku was going to get a new form. With Moro, a pretty decent section of fans have read that already or watched videos on it. I'm hoping we continue with the trend of the manga and anime being different though, so maybe there will be new stuff to get the whole community hyped about lol.

My personal head cannon for why he went ultra instinct after the spirit bomb was because if he didn't he was going to die.. essentially it was a moment where his body literally took over to stop itself from becoming destroyed by the energy of the bomb. And the subsequent form was essentially just the adrenalin and coming down from the rush that just happened from almost dying
