Joe, I can't remember when I subscribed, but it's probably been around 2013 or 2014. I think it was just about the time when you remodeled the kitchen area and set the back door in the tent. I was so intrigued with the scenery, the endless one lane roads and the pristine lakes. Also, I wondered how you ever kept from getting lost. I pretty well knew where you kept everything in the tent. I spent hours, which turned into months, and a year or two later of my own time trying to figure out where your property was located. Once I finally located the general vicinity, everything else just fell into place. I was able to find where you guys go for Duck Camp, too. Now when you go to into the back woods, I can go with you. Hope you don't mind. Blessings!

I think Zach has the right idea looking for a new deer hunting area. My belief is is that the wolves have depleted the deer population in your area, the reason that you are not seeing tracks is a sign of no deer. Once the deer are gone the wolves will move away to find new hunting areas, but it will take three to four years for the deer to return. It happened to my brothers hunting area in northern Alberta, where they even killed off the elk population.
