There may a way to make food taste sweeter without adding any extra sugar and it is all down to a trick that happens in your brain. i dont care what any one says "umami" is NOT a real flavor. Call it savory, call it anything else..... but it is NOT "umami", it just dosnt fit with the other names, and its a horrible sounding word, on par with "moist"

That's because it's Japanese. They're the ones that came up with the concept that savory does not exactly meet either of the other 4, and the entire culinary world agreed with them.
