I would say the problem comes from how Tetris attacks, currently there's no way to react to Tetris' attack at all, and giving experienced player garbages are also just giving them bullets. Having projectile falling when Tetris player clear lines and let the speed or size varies with the amount of cleared lines might be a good idea... if the modder still active.

gameplay wise, you lost 1 stack at 400% or the board top out and the board will reset. strategy wise, there's almost nothing other characters can do, only if the Tetris player gets too panic and ruins the board themselves.
