Thank you for sharing Five D has fantastic steaks and other food. 🏆 If you really want the FAR NE CORNER is Texas, you have to travel another 50 miles North and East, until you reach Texarkana. Half of the city is in Texas and half in Arkansas. It's the city so nice, they named it TWICE. 🤗 🤠✌️🇺🇲🙏

I live in Pennsylvania and I just ate here 2 weeks ago when I was visiting a friend in Mt. Pleasant. By far, the BEST steakhouse in NE TX!

Avinger is my hometown and 5 D is a great place to get a steak. I live just North East of there now but my dad still lives there. Not much has changed since we left 25 years ago.

We drive over from Jefferson. If you go on a Saturday night....go early, or plan on perusing the general store across the street, because there will be a wait. Fantastic steaks! And the peach cobbler is to die for.

My dad grew up in avinger. We go to 5d occasionally, looks like they've expanded over into the old fish restaurant that burnt. I'm hungry now

Finally got to go inside that place on a recent trip to Longview (it takes about 40 minutes to get to Avinger from there). I had the best appetizer ever. It was the broiled quail medallions with jalapenos. Give them a try.

I have yet to try aged meat, and not sure I have the guts for it. For years I thought all a steak needed was salt and pepper.

I was thinking that little booklet of all the places. You could have them at all the stores. People could drive around and get them stamped at each location. You could sell some ads in them. Then update them every few years.

So when you highlighted the antique store on the 11/20 show, I found it interesting that instead of cutting the footage out with the racist rebel flag in the background that you chose to blur it out so that we could all still see it. Says a lot about your belief system.
