Even the BBQ chain stores in TX are good. We used to get shredded brisket tacos for breakfast in El Paso. It was a chain, and they had a couple stores in El Paso. We went to the one on the west side, it was on our way to work.

There used to be a BBQ place in Amarillo that opened at 1130 and closed at 230. Sometimes they closed before that if they ran out.

Man I remember when my wife and I first started going to jays it was us and 10 others going every weekend then one day boom the 1 hour and a half line hit it’s the best BBQ in Abilene no doubt
