In this part of the video I remember when I was stationed in GERMANY and for lunch the mess SERGEANT opened up the other messhall and many times the troops wanted a double cheese burger and another one to go to work but it didn't bother me because even though they didn't eat it they could eat it when they got back to the barracks like a late night snack and I did the same thing ad it was routine with all of us and I had a small refrigerator on my side of the room as I don't need a lot of space a bed closet a desk with a chair a radio but everything was in German which I don't understand so I would play pool or go talk to someone because we had to be in messhall very early to make breakfast and if it was too cold I would let them in and warm up a bit before eating and I always made sure there was hot coffee hot water for tea and coco plenty of milk and juice and I made sure of those item's and if they wanted seconds it was never a problem as they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day because food turns into fuel for the body to function

In this video I find it very interesting that he would call this place JEWBOYin Texas of all places but I remember years ago when I worked out in long Island New York and it was a Jewish catering hall and I remember that I helped serve the food and I couldn't believe my eyes when these people would pile on the food and after I said to the Chef are they going to eat all that food? And he said no what they is wrap it up and take it home and I told him that you will never see me doing something like that and he said that's the JEWISH WAY but he said the owners know that because they are Jewish themselves so they are used to it and he said after everything is done they count the number of utensils as they made of silver and if any are missing they charge it on the host's credit card and I told him that when I worked at the HELMSLEY PALACE all the plates were gold rimmed and they had a special room for the utensils and the trays were pure silver and the mirrors were gold rimmed as well because the hotel is 5 star 5 diamond and you can't get higher than that but it was an honor just to work there even though I knew of the reputation MRS HELMSLEY has but Mr HELMSLEY was very nice to the kitchen staff and we respected that

In this part of the video I remember years ago when I worked at a restaurant in lower Manhattan called THE SPRING STREET CAFE the dining room was huge and the kitchen was small and the Chef had a tuna parfait and on Monday and Tuesday he was off so I made a flour tortilla with grilled vegetables topped with tuna chili topped with Pico d gio guacamole and sour cream and it was a pure winner hand's down and the people just loved it flavor plus presentation and I didn't make it expensive affordable to the average person

In this part of the video nowadays you can make a turkey pork vegetarian seafood veal bean you name it I would make it and not charge you extra as I would put it on the burger your call Canadian ham prosciutto mortadella any Italian cold cut grilled shrimp fried seafood but I will charge but not big money because it it's a deli and not a cafe or restaurant no waiters or bartender or busboy and the deli was extremely busy for lunch delivery and we had 7 driver's and they made very good money on there tips plus there minimum wage and on average they made 700.00 a week and they all opened up bank accounts and they were saving it when they graduated and went to college which was usually in state as you have Nyu and many more colleges around the area and they all lived at home with there parents friends and family

In this part of the video I remember years ago when Charlie sold the deli to 2 middle eastern guys who knew nothing about food and I guy John I respected and Sammy who I didn't like because of his attitude 1 he was stealing from John 2 he was all talk and no action and when I came to work I was missing my bread knife so I went into the back and I found it in the trash and he told me that anything that comes into the store is his property so I just quit and I waited for Johony to come in and get paid out for the time I had worked and I told John leave Sammy because he is a 2 face person bad business partner Sammy is just plain lazy doesn't want to work yet he wants the money as my dad once told me that money is the root of all evil meaning Satan

I agree that tomatoes don’t belong on burgers. But I also think he should swap those pickles out for some jalapenos. Then it would be perfect!

I would never eat at that place I don't care how good is food is I love tomatoes and to see him sit there and talk about it the way he doesn't like tomatoes is messed up it shouldn't be about what he likes anyway it should be about what customers like most people love tomatoes especially on their hamburgers
