An issue with this is if a non Jewish person like me talks about the burgers outside of Texas in the real world, it can cause misinterpreted rudeness, I’m not a celebrity so people are not going to give me a second chance to explain the details.

I agree that political correctness is not great. However when talking to strangers, you can’t just say bizarre weirdo statements. Unless you enjoy being perceived as the free spirit rebel but that doesn’t work in a normal average job setting when dealing with strangers.

I met the owner of 1/4lb Big Burgers in California in the 1970's. He was wealthy and told me the way he made it was to have a simple menu and do that simple thing the best. You only could get burger, cheese burger, fries, and pies that's it nothing else and man they were great. So he wasn't wrong with his concept at all just keep it simple Mo.

Jew Boy name is not is bad taste. And I like hearing him talking about all the area codes of the people who give their number at the register to get food. A restauranteur that bust his ass every day, becomes successful, and is still humbled by the distances some people have come to enjoy his food is someone that I would want to give my hard earned money too! I was here 3 weeks ago and loved it! Keep up the good work Jew Boy! On my next trip to Austin I'll be coming by to have another Oy Vay Guey with Bacon soon! Ash in the 713!

From Mississippi. We took a 24-day road trip in a teardrop camper thru Texas not long before the plandemic hit. We usually found small food joints in off the big road places and were never disappointed. We missed this one, next time. And name more burgers after all the names that we were called in those days, yep wog, greaser, dago, yep WOG BURGER, DAGO BURGER, GREASER BURGER, HEY-YOU BURGER.
