I really want a Texas Mack Spin Off. Why do these Japanese designed robots make me feel proud of my country? XD Texas Mack stands shoulder to shoulder with Gundam Maxter as one of the most amazing American stereotypes in history. And if the two ever appear in a SRW game together, they _need_ to have an ultimate American team up attack, complete with American Flags, Explosions, and Eagles. what you missed with this compilation is that the giant rifle is hidden inside a giant coffin that they pull out of the ground by the chain it's tied with, AND they buried giant laser rifle coffins in all American embassies around the world. It's literally a Django homage, they made a backup defense system to defend American allies and it's an in-universe spaghetti western nod to a canonically American protagonist (Django's coffin had a machine gun though) (also their robot horse is piloted by their herding dog, yes you read that right.)

Shin VS Neo was a fun little OVA series, but really it would be kind of meh by itself. I mean, yeah, the Go team gets animated decently for once, but that's no cause for celebration. But it's worth watching because of Jack King. (and the God Getter.)

Arrowdodger The original Texas Mack was in 2, I THINK 3, CB, 4/F/Final, Compact 1/Color, Compact 2, Alpha 1, Impact, Advance/AP, and I think at least one other game, as well as being dummied content in Alpha Gaiden.This version was in both R and GC. In R, Pasture King was an upgrade, and in GC he started with it but was a secret (albeit one of GC's "play all the stages you're offered and you get him" ones) and was also one of the best units in the game - TOO MUCH HIGH POWER indeed, his cannon was the strongest solo move in the game tied with FIVE MILLION BOSS FANS ALL OVER THE WORLD.

No, it's an American mecha

Not a Getter, but it IS a combining super robot; the main cowboy is Jack's, the hat is its own flying machine and is Mary's (and they can detach so that Mary profides cover fire for Jack), and the horse Pasture King can snap to the cowboy mech and split off-- and is piloted by their herding sheepdog). Think of it like a Mazinger with extra pilots in the mecha and scrambler jet (Pasture King is Texas Mack's Scrambler Jet and enables flight). Multiple countries in the Getter Robo universe have multi-pilot super robots that combine; a Getter mecha has to SPECIFICALLY be powered by Getter Rays OR a non-Getter Rector lesser clone of a Getter robot, like the Gettersaurus or Getter Robo Neo.
