The human figures on the restored data looks like a genealogical tree. Maybe thargoids are good and want to help the human race, lead us to our golden age by making us genetically perfect (I know biological perfection is kind of an impossible goal) as thargoids are very advanced in gene manipulation (they really remind me of the Qu from "All Tomorrows"), but we humans just cannot understand them and keep thinking of them like of some invaders. Why the hell then did the dead titans transmit this SPECIFIC kind of an image on a frequency accessible for humans? It also looks like a some kind of a social pyramid, but then why are those couples of females and males? Exactly a genealogical tree. A really suspicious thing would be if the only objective of such advanced species was just to kill a bunch of other sentient beings.

I think its highly likely the thargoids we are facing right now are little more than forward scouts and workers. They came here to harvest meta alloy, they didnt expect a full blown war. So they only sent ships with limited combat capabilities. Theyre fighting us in backloaders and tractors basically. The first true combat ship they deployed was the hunter class. The rest just seem like modified working vessels. Like how humans put guns on type-9s and call it a type-10. I think this signal is reporting the danger humans possess. How fast they reproduce, and the 8 titans they have vanquished

Draft dodger here, but I'll toss in my 2 cents. Not a peace offer or olive branch I think: why only piece by piece, and why from the dead Titans? If it were meant for us it would be coming from Cocijo as they've clearly ascertained Sol is our home. I think this force of Thargoids basically being civilians/scouts checks out the most. Notice the humans are in the foreground in the image: to me this seems to imply they're marking humans as dominant in this area, probably for whatever REAL force comes back through to find all their missing chunks of rock. Also reaching here but note how they're oriented: Thargoids are radially symmetric, perhaps hive mind or perfectly egalitarian. But the humans are in an obvious pyramid with some being on top; they've probably ascertained that some humans are much more integral to human society/organization than others. Putting both together: Maybe they're telling whoever comes looking for them to go for the throat.

a few things I noticed... 1. The image seems to show two different kinds of human shapes, easily told apart by looking at the legs: Together or seperate. 2. The amount of lines in the spiral is equal to the number of titans that attacked us: 8, might be coincidence, might be relevant, probably no way to know as of right now. 3. Reading from the top down, the increase in the number of human figures is with a consistent factor of two, might be a way to symbolize exponential growth. Could also suggest some significance to the pairing of the two types of humans: Not 2, 4, and 8 humans, but 1, 2, and 4 pairs of two types of human 4. The two human shapes alternate, meaning both shapes occur an equal number of times.

I'm pretty sure both figures are just supposed to be that of a man and women standing together, kind of like a family tree. Single set of man and woman at the top, then two sets in the middle, four sets on the bottom etc. I think it's supposed to symbolize human reproduction, what Thargoids have to do with that though is the real question

@@FeeshCTRL Could be, and i did consider that, but I felt it was too specific of an idea for the amount of information we actually have to work with. One thing I do want to mention is that I believe there to be some significance to the triangular formation of the human figures. Making some assumptions on how thargoid communication is structured, I believe that IF the exact number of humans was the main piece of info here, they'd be in either a line or a grid, not a triangle. Assuming this idea to be correct, this would mean that this triangle shows maybe some form of hierachy or some form of sequence, not necessarily read from the top down. If it were in some way about human reproduction, I believe we wouldn't see the perfect balance between what we'll describe as "male" and "female" figures, it would imply that every other child is always male, though this could be reading too far into it... Another option is that this describes the thargoid interactions with humanity during this war... When we first rediscovered the thargoids in Elite Dangerous, they just met acouple of us, indicated by two humans. When they attacked with the titans, they faced significantly more of us, indicated by 4 humans. Then they attacked earth, and are now facing even more (85+% of all active players). All these options though, operate on a massive pile of assumptions and are lacking any real evidence.

The thing that stands out to me about the image the most is they aren't just human figures but pairs of Men and Women. One pair at the top, sets of men and women in the middle and then more on the bottom like a family tree. That to me spells out "Procreation". Maybe we were created by Thargoids and ended up as some sort of out of control experiment

Said it before and I'll say it again: Thargoids are comprised of two dynasties, the Klaxians and the Oresrians, who have been fighting a civil war for millennia. (This is official canon lore.) Maybe FDev is FINALLY going to let us side with one dynasty against the other instead of it always being Humans vs. Aliens, which I am so completely sick and tired of. Oh and their motivation for the invasion is self-evident: we tried to genocide them for the second time in just over a century (which is a very brief period of time for the Thargoids.) When it failed, what were they supposed to do? Just sit back and wait for us to perfect our ability to annihilate them?! WE brought this on ourselves. WE fired the first shot. If anything I wish FDev had tuned the war so that we lost it and wiped out the bubble. We deserved it.

The Thargoid Plan: #1 We know the end/demiss of the guardians conflict was betwen themselves, an highly advanced space farer race that suddenly ended fightin themselves against a faction that heavily used high biologial weaponry just like the tharrgoids, and we, humanity currently getin a big portion of humanity kidnaped andslightly affected bilogically by the thargoids before we go save them and return them back to society, a trojan horse, thargoids were probably behind the demiss of the guardian putin them one against others and probably planin do same against us. #2.- the sudden pacification of thargoid invasion at sol and the signal meaning, the signal meanin is a message to thargoid forces go to the dead titans and gather as many humans still inside capsules as they can and bring them back to titan back to cocijo to make a scape with many human test subjects as possibly before their retreat from sol with them to further experiment and wage war with us indirectly, thargoids seems to be experts at indirect warfare i mean we never get to see them directly at spires, it was always their biological drone counterparts.

point 1 is just a very bad reading of the guardian lore. After their fight with the goids they split into 2 factions, those that worshiped nature and progressed the biological sciences and those that built technology (including the still around AI's) those factions went to war and the AIs wiped both groups off the map deeming them failures
