There is one thing Des did not do is to lead them in prayer and ask Lord Jesus to be their personal savior and to forgive them. And then to send His Holy Spirit into them so they can read their own Bibles with new eyes and not fall back into bondage to legalism and fear from it. There is nothing Sister White ever said that is not contradictory to this. But let God be true and every man a liar, including her. We don't need Sister White to keep us from the one who died for us. We don't need anyone but Jesus.
