Sorry to hear that and sympathise as I know how horrible it can be. One tip I would offer that I find helps is to keep a paper bag with you and when you know or feel an attack coming on put the bag to your mouth, close round it and just breathe in and out of the bag until the attack subsides. I have paper bags scattered round the house now..always one in my coat pocket and handbag…..so I don’t Need to panic I don’t have one handy!…Do hope you finds this helps and your attacks gradually become just an unpleasant Memory!
