Foreigners brought vendoring adding to south African locals in all streets of Bellville. If you last saw this Bellville 25 to 30years ago , you will think this is a deeper Africa , like Uganda . But I'm glad that Cape Town municipality makes sure to make the place cleaned every day. Proud of my country, especially my birth city of Cape Town ❤❤❤❤

Hey, I grew up in Bellville back in 1960s and 1970s. I would walk down to the train station every day to catch the train to UCT. It was fine and safe. I don't mind vendors as they also have to make a living. But it is now so dangerous as many criminals are around
