His vocals on Under a Funeral Moon are probably my favourite black metal vocals ever.

Totally! His vocals on “Hans Siste Vinter” were really great also. He sounds like an angry Viking on a mission.🤘

Under a funeral mood had the best vocals but everything else was weak compared to the other albums

No way. I love the guitars and drums on UAFM. Some great riffs in there.

I like the fact that Darkthrone members are not on social medias anymore, it reminds me a bit of the late 90s/early00s Darkthrone

Thanks so much to Nocturno and Thomas for this technical info. For me it's all about the atmosphere in each album that Darkthrone creates so I wonder if you two can appreciate your own music the way the rest of us perceive it- individually, of course. Cheers for doing this and with a hangover no less! Natassja!! best song you guys ever dreamt up.

Please keep doing this dude. These podcasts are weirdly therapeutic. And some real heavy hitter guests who act less fucking insane than in other interviews, probably because they are among friends and not being interviewed by some weirdo from seattle or something.

yeah, right on, thanks for the English version, still the auto-translator calls Salsa Journey to Dt's debut... and A Blaze becomes A place in the Northern Sky. maybe it's right, you know.

When he speaks of the second demo and the song Snowfall I remembered what an awesome song that is. Maybe because they're instrumental? (Sorry, Nocturno :P)
