How do you loosen the hip flexors, why are they tight
@TheRoadRunner91310 ай бұрын
but the TFL is an external rotator of the lower leg?
@peterscarano91622 жыл бұрын
couldn't sartorius tightness also cause the external rotation that you could potentially see? I didn't hear it mentioned in the video?

It seems like one leg is internal and other leg is external when i do that last test.. so what do i do with that information. How the gospel do i fix this
@MulanBagongLipunan3 жыл бұрын
Isnt the ITB / TFL can cause External Rot at the knee joint?
@CatalystUniversity3 жыл бұрын
The TFL along with gluteus medius and minimus are hip ABDuctors and internal rotators. Gluteus maximus can do some external rotation, along with hip external rotator group.
