The lipstick applied in such a manner that it stains the gums and teeth red so as to suggest ingestion of blood is a nice detail in what is quite a creepy song, and in the performance as the song gets more intense and louder, the singers has to open his mouth more showing the teeth and gums more fully, thus the effect builds in time with the music. That level of attention to detail is great.
