i got one and im very satisfied it does everything well running on an armband , gps while biking , rainproof, Spotify works like a charm , and so convenient in your pockets

I would use something like scrcpy and connect to laptop , or use it & tether internet etc. I think it's quite functional than a almost 7 inch phones that stick outs off pockets.

I really don't like biometric unlocks for phones (too easy for an officer, TSA or border agent to just hold your hand on it or point it at your face and unlock it against your wishes) , but other than that it looks pretty cool (and presumably you wouldn't actually need to use it). One reason I don't have a smart phone is because I don't like the idea of carrying around a giant mini-tablet. of course the other reason is because I don't trust myself to not get addicted to the little dopamine drip machine that doubles as a corporate/government surveillance device you carry in you pocket (and for that matter I don't have a "dumb" phone because I'm too cheap to pay several hundred dollars a year to make 5 phone calls). But if I were to get a cell phone, this one looks pretty cool. Now if only you could get it running Linux.

I have one of this; their older model (1GB RAM version) without rugged version, I prefer their older model because it is *lighter* & *thinner* & *it cost so much cheaper* than this model. This rugged version weight twice the weight & double the thickness of their older version. I don't see why I would want to spend $250 for a 2.45 inch screen because I can't do much on the 2.45 inch phone, so their basic old version is just perfect for the size and the price.

that is small, but there was experia mini back from 2010, think it was just a few mm wider :) awesome phone and btw change keyboard in setting to old style where you had 3 letter on 1 button and then you can type real easy

Did you update it to Android 9.0? I recommend updating it 🤙🏼 You go to wireless update in the settings, I saw that you were in the wrong update section. It is so much better on Android 9.0

i have a dual force pro, Kyocera, this is not my 1st kyocera - i keep upgrading for newer hardware ... but im inlove with my duleforce indestructible , underwater mode ( camera underwater mode) cant scratch the screen ezly ... best phone ever made .... im upgrading to the "duleforce pro 2 " when i get a chance ... i have dropped this phone from my lift
