This was one of the rare Creepypasta protagonists that not only survived,but fought back HARD. Wonder why they left him be in the end- perhaps the Cartoon Man deemed him worthy of survival?

Probably deemed him too dangerous. Toontown has tons of visitors daily so it's not going to be hard for him to find a new victim, and since the guy was able to seriously injure two of the cartoon man's goons and break out of his restraints almost instantly, he probably didn't think he was worth the risk to keep.
