@@RickKettner Hey Rick, I started reading THE INNOVATOR'S DILEMMA is it really worth for the startups?. What I meant as worth is "is this a good read for startup founders to handle the uncertainty?.

@@sujeeshnair8184 - That book is focused on what causes large companies to miss out on disruptive technology. If you're primarily concerned about handling uncertainty I would recommend The Lean Startup and The Startup J-Curve.

Now I have started reading the innovators dilemma, but I found that book is written more towards fortune 500, but it also written about how the disruptive technologies changes the whole businesses. So my question is it advisable to read that book in the early stage for startup founders?
